Contrary to most who say they became a fan of this great profession through their own personal injuries, I did not. I did receive treatment to my right knee from a chiropractor whilst playing football but it is not the prime reason why I love and chose this profession. Evidence based dilemma was what caught my attention. Growing up through-out high school even through my college years I was the biggest skeptic. I like things that make sense or at least, work.
Reading research-based articles was good but I needed to find out for myself. Using chiropractic techniques enabled me to focus on my knowledge and hone in on the drive towards that knowledge. Upon treating patients with various conditions utilizing chiropractic tools and techniques I saw firsthand the effects. That alone fueled my passion to do more and thus treat various conditions including whiplash, sciatica, herniated disks, carpal tunnel syndrome, frozen shoulder, scoliosis, and chronic pain syndromes. Effective treatment of headaches using soft-tissue techniques alone was an eye opener.
I pride myself in my work and the quality of care I provide to patients. As a true fan of physical medicine I believe that integrated health is the key to getting patients the most out of their health. Patient health does not start and stop at acute and chronic care, wellness care should play a role long term. When all is said and done we as practitioners are here to do a job and thus treat and get patients better than they were when they came to see us.
Dr. Vince enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters, Ada and Aria, and our puppy Marshmallow aka Mello. When Covid-19 hit living in New York City was not the most pleasant environment and that’s where thoughts of relocation towards a better quality of life began. Middletown was perfect because it was a developing town plus it has one of the best schools. Coming to Middletown Delaware was the best decision the family made and we have not looked back. The goal is to introduce quality to this town with emphasis towards better health; educating and giving back to locals something they have been missing and not used to, along with making a name is this beautiful town. Dr. Vince and his family truly love it here and plan to settle for good! You will be seeing us around and we look forward to your smiles and warmth.
