“Why I became a chiropractor ”

My personal experience is I received chiropractic treatment for my knee while playing sports in college. This is the prime reason why I love and chose the profession. As a true altruist, I witness the goal of my physician to listen to me and put my health first. I believe doctors are civil servants and our goal should be to do whatever is within our scope to heal and maintain our patients’ physical stability.

Chiropractic chose me because it had a special purpose, but I struggled to find that purpose at first glance, having my mind elsewhere in terms of physician-ship. After getting into practice and using chiropractic techniques enabled me to focus on my knowledge and hone in on the drive toward my potential. I realize that I was not meant to just crack bones but to be a doctor overall. As such I approached the profession with the goal of focusing on the patient, and this is how I gained the trust of patients. Treating patients with various conditions over the years, utilizing chiropractic tools and techniques, I saw firsthand the effects of holistic care and non-allopathic healing. This fueled my passion to do more and always strive to be the very best doctor I can be. I am fluent in many conditions including whiplash, sciatica, herniated disks, carpal tunnel syndrome, frozen shoulder, scoliosis, and chronic pain syndromes just to name a few. Effective treatment of headaches using soft-tissue techniques alone was an eye-opener to recognize that this is the profession I belong to.

I pride myself in my work and the quality of care I provide to my patients. As an aficionado of physical medicine, I believe that integrated health is the key to getting patients the most out of their health. Patient health does not start and stop at acute and chronic care, wellness care should play a long term role. When all is said and done, we as practitioners are here to do a job and thus treat and get patients better than they were when they came to see us.
