This app was built by Middletown Chiropractic Rehab and Wellness LLC for the purposes of providing relief to the patients of Middletown Chiropractic Rehab and Wellness, dba Middletown Chiropractic. This is a rehab based app to treat pain and stiffness and overall wellness. This app is a private app designed strictly for Middletown Chiropractic patients for exercises and stretching.  This service is provided by Dr. Vincent Adofoli and is intended for use as is.

The Personal Identifiable (PII) information that we collect is used for providing and improving the service. We do not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this privacy policy.
